Delivery
- Delivery is carried out by Nova Post and Ukrposhta (on demand)
- Delivery is paid by customer
- The cost of delivery is determined by the carrier
- Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories
- Delivery abroad may be discussed on demand and is carried by Ukrposhta
- Transfer of purchased items to the carrier is defined individually for each item: it takes 1-2 working days for items in stock as usual
Return policy
- You may return purchased items within 14 days, provided that the goods are in good quality:
- no damage to the product (including print), no dirt and traces of use;
- in the absence of defects and errors on the part of the company, return shipping is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
- Refunds are made within 5 working days.
- Refund for digital items are defined individually per item.
